Ingredients:
1. 1Cup dose rice
2. 1/2 cup sona masoori rice
3. Coconut grated
Soak both the rice in a bowl full of water over night (6-10 hours).
1. Grind the soaked rice with the same water finely. Pour it into a container. Grid the grated coconut also using some water to finely. Add it into the same container. Mix well with some salt. Make sure the consistency is waterly ( unlike regular dose batter)
2. Heat a non-stick pan. Wipe it with a piece of cloth and pour a cup of dosa batter. Spread the batter all around the pan holding the handle of the pan.
3. If needed apply some oil on it and let it cook for a while. You can close a lid for it to cook well with steam.
4. Once cooked just fold it and move it to a plate and serve the hot dose with coconut chutney.
